David P. Lonski

Mr. Lonski received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Rutgers College of Engineering where he graduated in 1983 with Honors and was a member of the engineering honor societies of Tau Beta Pi and Alpha Pi Mu.

He received his Juris Doctor degree in 1986 from the Rutgers School of Law at Camden where he graduated first in his class in the Tax Honors Program. He then received his L.L.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law in 1989.

Mr. Lonski is admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Tax Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Lonski serves as a Director and Officer of several corporations and local businesses. He has represented several municipalities in central New Jersey as special counsel and as municipal prosecutor. He has served as counsel to the Rutgers Alumni Association, is Chairman of the Coalition of Athletic Organizations in East Brunswick and has held several other appointments in East Brunswick involving youth sports.

His areas of practice include Corporate and Business start-up and transactions, Tax and Estate Planning, Administration of Estates, Real Estate and Land Use, and Municipal.
