David P. Levine

Mr. Levine received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida in 1988 and his Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers University School of Law at Camden in 1991.

Mr. Levine was a Dean's Scholar at Rutgers and while in law school earned American Jurisprudence Awards in Criminal Law and Tax Penalties and Prosecutions. Mr. Levine was admitted to the New Jersey, and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey Bars in 1991.

Mr. Levine served as a Deputy Attorney General from 1992 through 1995, representing the State of New Jersey and various State Agencies. Mr. Levine has also represented various insurance companies in the defense of civil claims and since 1998 has represented accident victims in personal injury matters.

Mr. Levine is a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America - New Jersey and has been selected by the Monmouth County Assignment Judge to serve as a civil arbitrator. Mr. Levine is routinely chosen by his colleagues to serve as a private party and neutral arbitrator.

Mr. Levine is also active in his community and has served on the Board of Trustees of the Howell Township, Pop Warner Organization and Chairman of the grievance committee.

Mr. Levine concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury law, medical malpractice, workers compensation, and criminal law.
